International School Nido de Aguilas seeks a highly qualified

**Position**educational leader to serve as Elementary School Principal. The School requires an academic leader with expertise in best educational
practices and experience in strengthening a learning community. The

services, and practices. They will collaborate across all divisions

and strive to meet Nido's mission to connect, explore, and act, and

manage the total operation of the Elementary School. The Principal

will provide leadership, inspiration, and supervision for the educational

development of students and staff, as well as promote parent and

community involvement. The Elementary School Principal reports to

the Deputy Head of School for Teaching and Learning.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes**
- Experienced administrator with teaching experience, preferably at

the elementary level.
- Academic knowledge and skills to be the instructional leader of an

innovative elementary school.
- Demonstrated experience developing a safe, supportive

environment for all in a learning community which fosters belonging,

growth and positive relationships.
- Experience with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and

Learning Support programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Established track record as a creative problem solver.
- Spanish language ability preferred.
- Advanced degree(s) preferred.
