**Service Operation Manager - Epiroc Chile**

**Mission**:
The objective of this position is to implement the correct processes and practices in the Technical Service areas of the company that must be aligned with the strategy and values of Epiroc Chile. The main tasks are formulating strategies, improving performance, managing materials and resources, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and Service results.
Must has the ability to be a mentor for their team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service, and implement best practices at all levels.
He/She will responsible to ensure compliance with regulations, safety of people and continue to be efficient and profitable in the Technical Service business associated with agreements, workshops and field services.
**The Role**:
- Reporting to Parts & Service Division (PSD) Business Line Manager (BLM) and being part of PSD managment team, you will be responsible (accountable) for the profitable growth of the Parts and Services Division given divisional targets & objectives.
- You will need to prepare, define, execute, and routinely monitor your Strategic Business Plan containing parts and services strategies that are in line with Divisional and local Customer Center directives.
- Evaluate, manage, develop and empower services, sales & logistics teams via clear and transparent communication to maximize results.
- Responsible for working capital management including strategic inventory planning
- Set & achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market share, customer share & consolidated profitability for parts and services.
- Work seamlessly with other capital equipment areas to jointly promote Epiroc’s products and services.
- Develop close relationships with key customers including key decision makers and influencers.
- This position requires very frequent domestic & occasional overseas travel.
- Responsible for the implementation of Indirect Sales of Parts and Service
- Promote sustainable products within customers (Conversion to batteries, Reman, etc)
- Being a promoter of digitization and Data Analytics.
- Promote products that allow a safer operation (Live Work Elimination)

**Technical Competences**
1. A college degree related to mining, civil engineer or commercial engineer is preferred but not required if you have relevant experience in this field.
2. Five to ten years of relevant experience in mining and construction, including demonstrated experience leading teams.
3. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English - speaking and writing.
4. Skilled in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
