Lead the Operations function at local level, with full accountability of running the day-to-day Operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost.
**This position reports to**:
Service Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Implements and sponsors Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations across the own area of responsibility.
- Ensures a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance.
- Shows personal commitment to HSE by conducting sustainability observation tours consistently.
- Creates, implements, and reviews an operations strategy for the designated area, based on the overall service business strategy.
- Accountable for its relentless execution.
**Your background**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge of variable speed drives.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Availability to travel.
- English Intermediate Level.
