- Strategic Merchant Relationships: Foster collaborative and growing relationships with key strategic merchants. Maintain positive partnerships to contribute to the overall success of the region.
- Experience in sales management, including leading successful KAM and sales teams.
- A customer-centric approach, with the ability to connect with clients and guide the team toward a consultative approach.
- 6+ years of commercial experience in the grocery industry.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong skills in leveraging insights and quantitative decision-making to guide the commercial process.
- Ability to solve problems, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization.
- A creative storyteller with the ability to apply data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
