The Senior Client Partner will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key accounts and agencies, and helping clients achieve business success on Spotify through product consultation, education, and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading director-level conversations to increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships.
- Developing in-depth insights of the sales process and product combination.
- Leading account planning to align brand and Spotify resources and maximize opportunities.
- Driving revenue growth and educating clients on strategic conversations and navigating complex relationships.
- Providing expertise in all matters relevant to the book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
- Leading client education on products and providing product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies.
- Collaborating with external clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements include:
- Energetic and goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the digital online advertising industry, including knowledge of the underlying technology, major companies, and research.
- Understanding of best practices and emerging trends within the digital/social/creative environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development and excellent written and communication skills.
- Aptitude and creativity for working in collaborative teams and across business units.
- Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic environment.
- Closing relationships with decision makers in the local market.
- Advertising industry knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in selling digital advertising: display, video, native ads, and programmatic, to advertising agencies and direct clients.
Education requirements include:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration.
- Fluent in English.
