Role Overview
The HR Business Partner is integral to our employee experience team, focusing on the communication and management of various HR initiatives. This includes areas such as compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.

The HR Business Partner acts as a bridge between our local teams and the People Team, collaborating with members from different business lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to present offers that highlight our core values and organizational culture.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires through a structured orientation, managing all necessary paperwork and system access.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from new employees to enhance the hiring and onboarding experience.
  • Oversee employee mobility and internal transfer requests in accordance with established processes.
  • Address general employee inquiries and provide support during emergencies, including personal incidents and business disruptions.
  • Manage internal communications through company meetings and updates.
  • Coordinate with various functional areas to address employee service requests.
  • Maintain the employee handbook and assist in training sessions on company culture and policies.
  • Work closely with management to implement HR processes and policies that support organizational and employee development.
  • Consult with employees and managers on HR-related matters, monitoring retention and turnover rates.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and improve the employee experience.
  • Develop and execute programs aimed at enhancing employee experience and manager effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven expertise in Employee Communications, Management Support, Training Programs, and Employee Retention.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, essential for daily operations.
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders to propose effective HR programs and policies.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful business solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and local employment laws.
  • Analytical skills to leverage data for HR-related solutions.
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems, with experience in Netsuite being a plus.
