Finance Enterprise Partner Role Overview

The FEP position is a key business partner to the commercial organization, driving initiatives that align with our strategy. The role builds networks across the organization and has close contact with customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to deliver customer-centric solutions and co-create value across the enterprise.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that balance resource allocation and drive financial performance.
  • Leverage expertise in finance and business processes to inform decision-making and advise on financial implications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop affiliate commercial strategies and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage customer performance with a profitability and outcomes-based perspective.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience working in a multinational pharmaceutical or diagnostics environment.
  • Advanced English level (both written and verbal) and deep understanding of financial processes and performance metrics.
  • Ability to build networks, share best practices, and co-create solutions across the organization.
  • Strong focus on customer journeys and efficient resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial implications and advising on corrective actions.
