Responsabilidades- Gestiona órdenes de compra: Recibe, activa y hace seguimiento de órdenes a través de comunicación con agentes externos o ejecutivos de ventas.
- Coordinación de embarques: Envía instrucciones a agentes externos, solicita tarifas y reservas de naves o vuelos, y rastrea y revisa documentación original.
- Actualización de estatus: Mantiene actualizado el estado de las órdenes en sistemas operativos y comunica cualquier incidencia a los clientes.
- Control de costos y ventas: Revisa y controla los costos y ventas de los embarques para generar la facturación del servicio.
- Cumplimiento de servicios cotizados: Verifica que los servicios cotizados sean respetados en origen, asegurando frecuencia, tiempo de tránsito y tarifas acordadas.
- Titulado como Técnico o Ingeniero en Comercio Exterior.
- Inglés intermedio hablado y escrito.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente en un freight forwarder.
- Conocimiento de documentos de embarque y organismos del Comercio Exterior.
- Familiaridad con procedimientos marítimos y aéreos en la industria.
- Conocimientos en Tratados de Libre Comercio y legislación aduanera.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas de importación, exportación y facturación.
- Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para ajustarse a un entorno de trabajo dinámico donde las necesidades del cliente pueden cambiar, manteniendo siempre un servicio ordenado y claro.
- Trabajo en Equipo: Promueve la colaboración y mantiene relaciones efectivas con el equipo para asegurar la eficiencia en las operaciones.
- Enfoque en el Servicio al Cliente: Desea responder a las necesidades y requerimientos de los clientes, construyendo relaciones a largo plazo.
- Prolijidad: Atención al detalle y compromiso con la precisión en todas las tareas para evitar errores y asegurar la calidad del servicio.
- Iniciativa: Capacidad para reconocer y abordar oportunidades y problemas proactivamente, contribuyendo a la mejora continua del servicio.
