Monster Beverage Corporation is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our trade development efforts in the assigned region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving long-term strategic and tactical sales plans to support the company's business objectives.

The successful candidate will manage distributor/bottler business results in the assigned region, leveraging effective negotiation skills, market execution expertise, and strong relationship-building abilities.

  • Develop and execute local and national sales programs to maximize product sales and distribution.
  • Train and coach the distributor/bottlers' sales force to enhance their engagement with the Monster brand and objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with distributors and some customers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Execution: Drive sales growth through effective market execution in Traditional Trade and Modern Trade.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement local and national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  3. Talent Development: Train and coach distributor/bottlers' sales force to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environment.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
