Misión del Cargo

El Key Account Manager Retail Farmacéutico es un profesional encargado de gestionar cuentas clave en el sector de Dermo-Cosmética en Chile. Su rol es fundamental para desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes más importantes y ser el enlace principal para todas las actividades comerciales y estratégicas.

Responsabilidades Principales
  1. Liderar y gestionar cuentas asignadas, estableciendo relaciones comerciales sólidas.
  2. Desarrollar y ejecutar planes anuales alineados con estrategias de marcas de Dermo-Cosmética.
  3. Analizar y optimizar el rendimiento de las cuentas para lograr objetivos de sell in y sell out.
  4. Implementar campañas de marketing y acciones comerciales en puntos de venta clave.
  5. Detectar oportunidades para generar nuevos negocios y aumentar la facturación.
  6. Establecer estrategias para mejorar la experiencia de compra de nuestros clientes.
  7. Colaborar con el equipo de Trade Marketing y Business Intelligence para impulsar nuestras estrategias.
  8. Gestionar eficientemente el presupuesto y recursos, asegurando un uso óptimo.
Perfil Deseado

Se busca un profesional con experiencia previa como Key Account Manager o roles similares en Consumo Masivo. Es fundamental tener conocimiento y experiencia en el canal retail farmacéutico, habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva, capacidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones sólidas, orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos, habilidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes y colaboradores internos, conocimiento de herramientas como Market Share, Nielsen y B2B, inglés nivel intermedio (hablado-escrito), licencia de conducir vigente y manejo de herramientas MS Office (intermedio).
