About the Role

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Success Representative who is passionate about driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts) and close contracts
  • Explain and demonstrate products/solutions, thinking strategically with customers
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Serve as sales contact in hand-over from Sales to Services

Requirements:

  • Consolidated background in software and healthcare segments
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Experience adapting to change and managing priorities
  • Strong customer relationship skills in interacting with both internal and external customers
