The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager responsible for ensuring that our clients not only stay protected against cyberattacks but also get the maximum value from Hackmetrix's platform. By collaborating with startups, SMEs, and large enterprises, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening their security posture and enabling them to meet critical compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Customer Management: Develop and execute success plans for each client with clear objectives and timelines.
  • Proactive Follow-Up: Monitor client progress, anticipate risks, and resolve obstacles before they escalate.
  • Key Account Visits: Strengthen relationships with strategic clients to drive satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver quick, effective solutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Create regular reports on account health and propose data-driven actions.
  • Retention & Cross-Selling: Ensure renewals, promote full use of our platform's features, and drive additional revenue where appropriate.

  • Over two years of experience in account management or project management in B2B companies.
  • You are genuinely interested in cybersecurity and technology (a must).
