Distribution Channel Manager

At Red Bull, we're looking for a skilled Distribution Channel Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Off Premise Sales team, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting our distributor partner's Wholesales Business Unit in RM.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the channel, including store coverage, distribution, share value, and sales objectives.
- Build strong relationships with our distributor partner and top Wholesaler customers, leveraging the Red Bull brand to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement business plans in the channel, ensuring alignment with our distributor partner and Wholesaler customers.
- Train, motivate, and lead the DP team to maximize their potential and results.
- Consistently analyze market data to identify gaps or opportunities in Wholesale distribution.
- 3+ years of experience in the Off Premise sector, FMCG.
- Leadership, motivation, and team skills.
- Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.
- Commitment to people management and development, with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
- Strong analytical and organizational ability.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Management reporting and budget control.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Travel: 0-10%.
