Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in driving growth by connecting with dental practices and recruiting dental professionals. You will be a key player in expanding Jules' market presence and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with dental practices and potential clients to sell staffing services and recruit dental professionals.
  • Manage and reactivate existing accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
  • Promote Jules' value proposition and guide clients through the onboarding process on our app.
  • Maintain accurate client data and communications in our CRM platform.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the dental or related healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Science, or a related field is preferred.
