Outbound Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound SDR to join our team at Adaptive Teams. As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for driving growth by reactivating leads and setting high-quality sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct 100+ daily outreach attempts via calls, emails, and texts to re-engage leads from a historical pipeline who are potential business sellers.
- Set a minimum of 10 Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) per week by collaborating with sales and marketing to nurture and qualify leads.
- Maintain accurate lead records and updates in HubSpot to ensure seamless communication and data management.
- Assist with special outreach campaigns and market research to stay ahead of the competition.
- Proven experience in high-volume outreach (phone, email, text) with a strong track record of setting qualified meetings.
- CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) to track and manage leads effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining productivity.
- Results-oriented with a focus on setting qualified meetings and driving growth.
- Ability to work in US time zones and be available for regular meetings and updates.
- Remote work flexibility with location independence.
