We are a well-established and rapidly growing boutique travel company that specializes in creating fully customized experiences for our clients traveling throughout Europe.
Job Title: Sales Support RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the backbone of our customer service efforts, ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance and assisting sales staff with their daily workload.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete daily follow-up phone calls and emails with clients.
- Assist the sales team with their daily workload and coverage during days off.
- Respond to inbound phone calls and provide timely responses to new leads.
- Follow sales processes and maintain an organized workflow.
- Native English speaker with excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Customer care/call center experience.
- Flexible availability for afternoons/evenings EST, weekends, and holidays, with high-speed internet for remote work.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and familiarity with European geography.
- Adaptability, numerically skilled, and passionate about travel.
- Travel experience within Europe.
- Sales experience.
- Well-traveled within Europe.
