- You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent is required; Associate degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) is preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience is necessary, with 1 year of sales experience being a plus.
- Direct Sales (B2B) experience and knowledge of retail and wholesale sales principles are highly valued.
- You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and basic computer proficiency.
- Able to build strong working relationships with internal departments and prioritize tasks effectively.
