The Carrier Channel Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic account plan to drive growth in the Peru Carrier Channel. This role will involve building strong relationships with carrier partners, identifying sales opportunities, and driving mobile business transformation through effective communication of the Apple proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Account Plan: Create a yearly account plan and quarterly business reviews for each assigned carrier partner to achieve shared goals and track progress of all partner engagements within the account.
  • Conduct Business Reviews: Regularly meet with carrier partners to identify gaps, opportunities, and assess progress. Gather, analyze, and report business results and trends to Apple leadership, providing insightful recommendations.
  • Drive Demand-Generation Activities: Work with key partners, internal and external, to drive demand-generation activities, identify new opportunities, coordinate fulfillment logistics, and improve the physical and digital customer experience.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify sales opportunities and drive mobile business transformation by clearly and effectively delivering iOS messaging to customers.
  • Represent Carrier Partners: Represent the needs of carrier key partners within Apple, identifying challenges and opportunities. Track issues or concerns and ensure they are properly addressed.
  • Train Sales Teams: Ensure that the partners' sales teams are trained properly on Apple solutions and are able to deliver a premium customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience working in channel account management, ideally within the carrier channel, building sustainable, collaborative, and trustful relationships.
  • Influential Relationships: Ability to build influential relationships with carrier partners at different executive levels.
  • Apple Proposition: Ability to define and communicate the Apple proposition in a persuasive, charismatic, engaging, and confident manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an agile mind to successfully deliver plans that get results.
  • Analytical Ability: Keen analytical ability to convert data into business intelligence while staying focused on the overall objective.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
