Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  2. Following up on sales targets and maintaining a sales cadence.
  3. Collaborating with Digital Energy Sales managers in other countries.
  4. Driving cross-business sales and discussions with other Sales Managers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a commercial field, and at least 5 years' experience in people management in a sales organization. You should also have commercial attitude and skills, excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, and fluency in English.

Experience working with segments like Power & Grid, Mining, and other electric-intensive industries is an advantage.
