Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow our GPW (Gross Premium Written) portfolio volume and improve KPI metrics for covered industries and territories.
- Collaborate with Cat dealers and customers to advise on ESC (Extended Service Coverage) programs and risk management products, and assist with quotes and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers, and resolve inquiries to achieve high satisfaction survey scores.
- Participate in dealer and industry meetings, conduct training seminars, and support Underwriting and Actuarial departments in developing ESC programs and products.
- Manage services and activities that support the sales and profitability of our insurance products.
- A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 5 years exempt experience in insurance, marketing, and/or sales is recommended.
- Property & Casualty insurance is preferred.
- Spanish and English Bilingual required.
