Position Overview

As the primary point of contact between Ad Sales and our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of negotiated agreements. Your responsibilities will include the development and upkeep of channel breaks and inventory, in alignment with the approvals from Media Planning and Ad Sales. You will be tasked with the timely booking of commercials and the accurate daily closing of sales logs across all channels, all while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the company’s revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all facets of account management from order entry to billing reconciliation, maintaining continuous communication with agencies and clients regarding negotiations and order placements (including booking, preemptions, adjustments, and material management). Ensure the precision of all revenue recorded in the system; Execute the Media Planning strategy regarding break structure and confirm that the inventory allocated for sales is accurately represented. Manage daily inventory across all sales channels and communicate any necessary modifications. Ensure the daily sales logs are closed effectively, maximizing revenue; Engage in daily communication with regional teams and external sales representatives regarding account statuses. Provide outstanding customer service to regions, clients, and external sales representatives; Serve as a liaison between regional teams or external sales representatives and other departments within the organization (such as Network Operations, Planning & Reporting, Programming, and Finance).

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within a television or operational context. A college degree or equivalent is required; Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Proficiency in Spanish is essential; knowledge of Portuguese is advantageous; Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence; Proficient in computer applications including Windows, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with IBMS is a plus; A team player dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients; Ability to work efficiently and independently, balancing speed with accuracy; Strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in Portuguese is a plus; At least 1 year of relevant experience in a television or operational setting.
