Position Overview
As the primary point of contact between Ad Sales and our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all negotiated agreements are executed with precision. You will be responsible for the development and upkeep of channel breaks and inventory in accordance with Media Planning and Ad Sales approvals. Timely booking of commercials and accurate daily closing of sales logs across all channels will be essential to optimize revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all facets of account management from order entry to billing reconciliation, maintaining continuous communication with agencies and clients regarding negotiations and order placements (including booking, preemptions, adjustments, and material management). Ensure the accuracy of all revenue recorded in the system; Execute the Media Planning strategy for break structure, ensuring that the inventory allocated for sales is accurately represented. Manage daily inventory across all sales channels and communicate any necessary modifications. Close daily sales logs to maximize revenue; Engage in daily communication with regional teams and external sales representatives regarding account statuses. Provide outstanding customer service to regions, clients, and external sales representatives; Serve as a liaison between regional teams and other departments, including Network Operations, Planning & Reporting, Programming, and Finance.Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a television or operational setting. A college degree or equivalent is required; Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Proficiency in Spanish is required; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus; Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence; Proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel; familiarity with IBMS is advantageous; Team-oriented with a dedication to providing exceptional service to clients; Ability to work efficiently and independently with both speed and accuracy; Strong interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications
