Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes within the organization. This position involves direct interaction with clients, focusing on building and nurturing relationships to meet their operational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, including both operators and retailers.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients to ensure their requirements are addressed.
  • Conduct regular consultations with clients to evaluate stock distribution and devise sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to forecast needs and optimize stock management.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate seamless operational execution.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor actions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist the sales team by providing insights and support in executing sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Provide Trade Marketing Support.
  • Ensure visibility at Points of Sale.
  • Support Sell Thru initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Previous experience in retail or telecommunications sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is beneficial, though not essential.
