Your primary mission will be to provide exceptional service to our internal clients, handling recruitment tasks, administrative responsibilities, and contributing to the overall success of GHD.
Key Responsibilities- Support talent acquisition queries for the Americas, including Chile, the United States, and Canada.
- Create requisitions for new positions in our Global Positioning System (GPS).
- Design and create Canva ads for job postings.
- Schedule interviews and screen candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including offer management.
- Resolve tickets related to Talent Acquisition queries.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong focus on service delivery and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams across different locations.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recruitment processes.
