Job Description

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to a team of Retail Store Associates and online sales team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, and minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle software
