About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team in Santiago, Chile. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of retail store associates and online sales professionals.

In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to your team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of retail store associates and online sales professionals
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Mentor and train team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in sales leadership or management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
