We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Lead Generation Professional to join our dynamic team at Select Assistants. As a key member of our sales process, you will play a pivotal role in driving results and building relationships with potential referral sources.
Your primary responsibility will be to research and identify key decision-makers, industry insights, and referral sources through in-depth research. You will then transform your findings into actionable data that drives targeted outreach, using CRM tools to manage workflows, data, and lead tracking systems.
As a Sales and Lead Generation Professional, you will also be responsible for nurturing relationships with potential leads, maintaining follow-ups according to CRM sequences, and scheduling meetings that seamlessly transition to our in-field sales reps.
In this role, you will be the bridge between lead development and our sales team, sharing essential insights, updates, and feedback to ensure our sales reps are well-prepared and strategies remain refined.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Strong background in sales, lead generation, or data mining, ideally with remote work experience.
- Tech Savvy: Skilled in CRM tools (preferably Follow Up Boss) and adept at managing workflows, data, and lead tracking systems.
- Communication Rockstar: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive emails and effectively engaging with leads and team members.
- Self-Starter: Highly independent, self-motivated, and disciplined in managing tasks and achieving results in a remote environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the trim industry or similar sectors is a bonus but not required.
