HR Consultant for Employee Lifecycle Management

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team in Santiago, Chile. This role will be responsible for managing all processes of the Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding and promotions/transfers/terminations, compliance, reporting, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and employee relations.
As an HR Consultant, you will provide top-notch administrative support to the organization, implementing essential HR processes within your specific functional domain. You will serve as an advocate for our company culture, striving to foster a positive and enriching experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Support People Partners in managing all processes of Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding and promotions/transfers/terminations, compliance, reporting, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while upholding best practices for sustained compliance.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, including compensation, benefits, performance management, leave policies, payroll, HR applications, and other aspects related to the employee lifecycle.
- Provide on-site support to employees, offering care and attention.
- Manage Off Roll employee recruitment, including coordinating with Vendors & Hiring Managers.
- Collaborate and support on a range of employee engagement activities with stakeholders to boost retention and engagement levels.
- Encourage the utilization of the employee HR Portal by offering guidance on HR knowledge content, such as global and local HR policies, procedural instructions, and more.
- Guide employees and managers in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems, to facilitate technology adoption, among others.
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, such as HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar, with a focus on employee lifecycle management, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industries (highly desirable), supporting employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Relevant education in Human Resources or related fields.
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong proficiency in Excel for KPI reporting and project management.
- Experience working with Workday or similar ATS systems.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
