Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our team in Santiago or Concepción, Chile. This role plays a vital part in advancing our company's People Strategy by providing top-notch administrative support.

About the Position

The People Advisor serves as an advocate for our company culture, striving to foster a positive and enriching experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support People Partners in managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, promotions, terminations, compliance, reporting, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while upholding best practices.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, including compensation, benefits, performance management, leave policies, payroll, and HR applications.
  • Provide on-site support to employees, offering care and attention.
  • Manage off-roll employee recruitment, including coordinating with vendors and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to boost retention and engagement levels through various employee engagement activities.
  • Encourage employees to utilize the HR Portal by guiding them on HR knowledge content, such as global and local HR policies, procedural instructions, and more.
  • Guide employees and managers in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems to facilitate technology adoption.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, focusing on employee lifecycle management, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industries is highly desirable, supporting employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Relevant education in Human Resources or related fields.
  • English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for KPI reporting and project management.
  • Experience working with Workday or similar ATS systems.
