As a People Advisor, you will provide top-notch administrative support to our organization, ensuring seamless implementation of essential HR processes within your specific functional domain.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on employee lifecycle management, compliance, and employee engagement. Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industries is highly desirable. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting People Partners in managing all aspects of Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions/transfers/terminations, compliance, reporting, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and employee relations.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations while upholding best practices for sustained compliance.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, including compensation, benefits, performance management, leave policies, payroll, HR applications, and other aspects related to the employee lifecycle.
- Providing on-site support to employees, offering care and attention.
- Managing Off Roll employee recruitment, including coordinating with Vendors & Hiring Managers.
- Collaborating and supporting on a range of employee engagement activities with stakeholders to boost retention and engagement levels.
- Encouraging the utilization of the employee HR Portal by offering guidance on HR knowledge content, such as global and local HR policies, procedural instructions, and more.
- Guiding employees and managers in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems, to facilitate technology adoption.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on employee lifecycle management, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industries (highly desirable), supporting employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Relevant education in Human Resources or related fields.
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong proficiency in Excel for KPI reporting and project management.
- Experience working with Workday or similar ATS systems.

Salary Range
