Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Visasoft Ltd. This role will be based in Santiago de Chile, and the successful candidate will play a key part in developing and implementing strategies for Visa's business in Chile.
Responsibilities:- Lead or support work streams on projects related to key strategies and clients in Chile, defining goals, managing resources, and facilitating regular updates.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics, using various tools and methodologies to gather data on market segments, competitors, and overall market conditions.
- Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support definitions, ensuring strategic and financial soundness, and communicate recommendations in a clear, concise, and impactful way.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic initiatives, analyzing financial data, collaborating with finance teams, and monitoring performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies aligned with Visa Global Strategy.
- MBA or relevant graduate degree from a top-tier institution or similar academic/professional experience strongly preferred. English required.
- Typically requires 5-10+ years total experience in management consulting, financial analysis, or corporate strategy.
- Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry preferred.
- Ability to develop content independently and prioritize workflow with limited supervision, to manage projects.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and projects to meet timelines efficiently and ability to adapt to changes in priorities quickly.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
