PCV Site Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Applications Engineering Program in our KREBS Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves Products Group.
As an Applications Engineer, you will undergo a structured two-year training program under our global product experts, developing technical sales, technical support, and product management abilities. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to challenge for promotion and join our PCV Site Sales team as a permanent member.
Responsibilities- Evaluate applications to select proper equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic system calculations.
- Build expertise in product line management strategies, including pricing, inventory, and marketing.
- Mentor under the current PCV Sales team to develop customer intimacy and solution-oriented thinking.
You will be responsible for supporting our existing installation base, increasing market share in core markets, and growing new market opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Traveling with PCV sales to local sites, learning site visit protocol, product expertise, and customer intimacy.
- Providing product technical support to sales and customers around the globe both onsite and online.
- Learning RFQ and proposal submittal process by being lead agent on at least 5 major projects.
- Completing rotation in our PCV lab, learning about equipment testing, sampling, and reporting.
- Learning to present in front of large groups of internal and customer audiences.
- Completing all key performance indicators (KPI's) to complete the program and join the PCV Site Sales team.
