About the Job
We are seeking an Electronics Retail Store Manager to join our team at Xiaomi Technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service. They will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, lead and motivate the store team, providing training and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, ensuring high standards of presentation and adherence to brand guidelines;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets;
- Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate inventory replenishment and optimize stock levels;
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management to inform business decisions;
- Lead and motivate store teams, providing coaching and development opportunities;
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales or management, preferably in consumer electronics;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Able to analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
