About the Role

Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Manager to lead our Project Management Office in Chile. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, specifically in the energy industry.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in similar roles and be fluent in English. Strong leadership skills are desired, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder communications. The successful candidate will also be able to prioritize project portfolio management to align with business strategies and ensure efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management standards and methodologies to enhance productivity and guarantee project success.
  • Prioritize project portfolio management to align with business strategies and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Mentor PMO team members to promote professional growth and high performance.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring regular updates and satisfaction to senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct project evaluations to incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
