About the Role
As a Medical Engagement Specialist at Novartis Farmacéutica, you will be responsible for engaging with medical experts to educate them on medical and scientific information. This includes identifying opportunities to involve these experts when specific medical needs are identified, providing support and developing engagement plans to prioritize and strategically engage them aligned with country strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with medical experts to provide educational support.
  • Ensuring accurate identification and mapping of key accounts, including opportunities to involve medical experts in supporting specific medical needs.
  • Developing and executing engagement plans to optimally prioritize and strategically engage medical experts aligned with country strategy.
  • Responding to unsolicited requests for information from medical experts.
  • Informing and shaping medical strategy by collecting impactful insights from medical experts.
  • SUPPORTING NOVARTIS CLINICAL RESEARCH PROGRAMS, OPTIMIZING TRIAL EXECUTION AND PROVIDING SCIENTIFIC EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT TO POTENTIAL AND ACTUAL STUDY SITES IN COLLABORATION WITH CLINICAL OPERATIONS.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably with a scientific background.
  • Confirmed experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably working with neurosciences products.
  • Solid understanding of private and public market working with high specialty products.
  • Outstanding networking, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
