Equipment Parts Sales Representative for Mechanized Operations

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Equipment Parts Sales Representative to join our team at Mech701. This individual will be responsible for selling equipment parts to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar positions in the region and takes into account the level of expertise required for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Sell Equipment Parts: The successful candidate will sell equipment parts to customers, including general duty, remanufactured, and used parts. They will also advise customers on substitution options when replacement parts are not available.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and develop effective strategies to meet customer needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Able to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with customers or employees
- Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, inventory software, Internet software, order processing systems, and contact management systems
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
