Job Title: Assoc Manager Sales Admin

About the Role

Mattel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assoc Manager Sales Admin to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the 1H and FY bookings process with the Sales team, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting and planning.
  • Manage the demand monthlyization process, ensuring alignment with sales strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional groups to follow up on annual forecasts and betting performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead the monthly distribution process of available inventory to the Sales team in each country, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Coordinate product availability with Demand Planning and international traffic, ensuring seamless execution of sales and operations plans.
  • Ensure complete filling of purchase orders, meeting customer expectations and driving business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze the bookings/demands ratio for each country and customer, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain standardized processes for the Andean region, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sales and operations functions.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
  • Intermediate English language skills, with ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and AS400 is desirable, but not required.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
