The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Hunter to join our sales team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new customers for our logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and attract new customers through consultative selling strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and business relationships.
  • Establish meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate business proposals tailored to clients' needs.
  • Close sales deals and ensure smooth transition to the implementation team.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and record all sales activities.
  • Analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement of solutions offered.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales with consultative selling model.
  • Experience in technological and/or SaaS solutions is desirable, preferably in the logistics and last mile sector.
  • Desirable use of CRM, ideally HubSpot.
  • Class B License (Exclusive).

What We Offer

  • Income: $1,400,000.- / $2,200,000.-
  • Work modality: Hybrid = 1 in the office (Team meetings). The rest is Remote
  • You must be available to visit customers.
  • Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Contract: Indefinite.
  • Christmas Strenna/National Holidays.
  • Mobilization bonus.
  • Quarterly bonus for meeting objectives.
  • Supplemental insurance and other benefits.
