Job Title: Business Development Manager SC, SAMER

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at 873 FLSmidth Industrial Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and reports
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
