Identificar, analizar y entender los factores decisivos y las personas relevantes para el acceso y decisión de reembolso de las áreas y productos prioritarios.
- Construir y mantener relaciones con los tomadores de decisiones para acceso de las áreas y productos claves, manteniendo permanente contacto con los mismos a través de interacciones uno a uno (trabajo en terreno).
- Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas que permitan sobreponer los obstáculos de políticas públicas y regulaciones para el reembolso de drogas innovadoras y obtener la inclusión de medicamentos en vademécums.
- Trabajo crossfuncional con todas los stakeholders internos para desarrollar e implementar estrategias y soluciones ganar-ganar que agreguen valor (plan estratégico de acceso de mercado) que permitan alinear las necesidades de los clientes públicos y privados con la organización. Proveer al CFT de información referente tanto de los productos AstraZeneca que están incluidos en los vademecum de las Instituciones Públicas y Privadas, como de la competencia.
- Mantener negociaciones con los Pagadores (Instituciones Públicas y Privadas) a efectos de incorporar los productos de AstraZeneca en los Formularios Terapéuticos y realizar su seguimiento.
- Participar en la elaboración de presentaciones de información tanto científica como farmacoeconómica de los productos AstraZeneca para ser presentados a los pagadores, a fin de contar con herramientas de información que beneficie la toma de decisiones de los pagadores.
- Responsable de la implementación de cualquier modelo de contrato de acceso innovador definido para el pagador a su cargo.
- Asegurar de que todas las actividades se implementan de acuerdo con la política interna y regulaciones externas y a los códigos de interacción ética.
