**¿Qué buscamos?**
Buscamos un **Business Specialist **talentoso y entusiasta que se una a nuestro equipo. En este rol, serás responsable de generar ventas y maximizar la rentabilidad de la organización. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con diferentes áreas de la empresa para lograr los objetivos estratégicos y de esta manera generar ventas que permitan cumplir con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización y maximizar su rentabilidad. Además es el encargado de desarrollar y realizar el control, monitoreo y seguimiento de cada uno de sus clientes, así como de los procesos implicados para su éxito, generando nuevos clientes y mantener relaciones sostenibles en el tiempo que amplíen las ventas y los cierres de negocios en el tiempo.

**¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este rol?**
- Sólidos conocimientos y experiência en diferentes industrias (Retail, Banca, Seguros, Educación, Salud, entre otras).
- Experiência en la venta de servicios de tecnología.
- Conocimiento del catálogo de productos y servicios de Option.
- Capacidad de analizar las necesidades del cliente y proponer la solución adecuada.
- Inglés Intermedio.
- Debes ser capaz de organizar tu tiempo de manera efectiva para cumplir con múltiples tareas y plazos.
- Debes estar orientado a resultados y tener un fuerte impulso para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
