At Thales BPS (Banking and Payment Solutions) Business Line, we help more than 3,000 financial institutions, processors, and merchants to deliver secure and frictionless payment experiences.
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented sales executive who will take our current successful momentum to the next level of growth through the acquisition of new PSPs and merchants in Latin America. This position requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce payment ecosystem.
**Responsibilities**
- Own the sales lifecycle process with Acquirers, PSPs and Merchants, from lead identification, through qualification, offer, negotiation and opportunity closing. Your target will be on closing
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with all key stakeholders, including C-level and senior executives in your target customer segments
- Become an expert in selling our digital commerce solutions with a consultative approach.
- For new customers, build, share, and execute account plans
- Provide visibility of your opportunity pipeline and share short to mid-term revenue forecasts through the CRM tool
- Promote and sell our dedicated portfolio capturing risks and opportunities.
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience (3+ years) in selling complex solutions to merchants and PSPs
- Hunter attitude, with proven track record of successful sales development in green field
- Negotiation skills and strong relationship management
- Self-starter and team player with ability to work in a global team with cross-functional teams
- Strong experience in card payment and business understanding of SaaS solutions
- Learning attitude and desire to understand complex technical products
- Strong Communication skills.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or similar areas
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
- Fluency in English for business purposes (English B2)
- Portuguese is a plus (Nice to have).
