**Funciones del cargo**:
¿Qué harás?
- Supervisar una cartera de clientes donde tu foco será el éxito de esos clientes medido como el valor que obtienen de nuestros servicios.
- Asesorar, enseñar y explicar a tus clientes cómo utilizar AgendaPro y obtener el máximo beneficio del mismo. Cada cliente es un mundo distinto.
- Desarrollar un sexto sentido para detectar problemas de clientes o futuros problemas de clientes en base a datos. Para esto te ayudamos con un software y un proceso bacán
- Retener la cartera de clientes, anticipándose a la inactivación de cuentas y estableciendo estrategias de fidelización e incentivar pago por suscripción o pagos anuales.
- Detectar las necesidades de su cartera de clientes y asesorarlos a mejorar su forma de digitalizar su negocio con nuevos planes y más herramientas.
- Mantener toda la información de tu cartera actualizada para coordinar los esfuerzos con otras áreas como onboarding, soporte, producto y tecnología.
- Influir con ideas para nuevos servicios, funcionalidades y/o productos para ayudar a nuestros clientes.
- Informes mensuales de cumplimiento y KPIs.
**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Experiência en negociaciones (te tienen que gustar)
- Alto nível de organización
- Capacidad para ser muy resiliente y mantener un enfoque positivo ante los desafíos.
