En Grupo Grafton, nos encontramos en la búsqueda un Customer Service Specialist para destacada empresa de alimentación complementaria especialmente a clientes de la minería.Objetivo del cargo: Brindar atención integral a los clientes, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de las relaciones comerciales y la fidelización de los clientes mediante la propuesta de valor y los productos de la compañía. Garantizando una experiência de cliente excepcional, acompañando diariamente a los clientes, gestionando contratos y pedidos, resolviendo consultas, y generando instancias de retroalimentación que permitan identificar mejoras y optimizar procesos.
Funciones del cargo:
- Atención diaria al cliente: Acompañar a los clientes, resolver sus inquietudes, hacer seguimiento de pedidos y gestionar órdenes de compra, coordinando con áreas internas como producción, distribución y facturación para brindar una experiência completa.
- Retroalimentación periódica: Realizar evaluaciones periódicas con cada cliente para fortalecer la satisfacción, detectar oportunidades de mejora y desarrollar planes de acción.
- Gestión de alertas y no conformidades: Resolver incidencias siguiendo los estándares de calidad corporativa y la normativa ISO 9001:2015, manteniendo una comunicación proactiva con los clientes.
- Revisión de menús y costos: Ajustar los menús según las necesidades de los clientes, optimizando los costos y los recursos asignados por la empresa.
- Actualización de la base de datos de clientes: Mantener información precisa y actualizada, con especial énfasis en los tomadores de decisiones.
- Onboarding de nuevos clientes: Facilitar la integración de nuevos clientes y coordinar la correcta entrega de productos.
- Visitas a instalaciones y actividades especiales: Detectar oportunidades de mejora y participar en actividades de valor agregado, como charlas nutricionales o mediciones antropométricas.
- Estrategia de ventas adicionales (up-selling y cross-selling): Promover la comercialización de productos adicionales y nuevos servicios según los requerimientos del cliente.
- Análisis de la competencia: Evaluar tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades y amenazas.
- Presentaciones y análisis de gestión: Realizar reportes periódicos sobre las gestiones del área, indicadores de desempeño y planes de acción.
Requisitos del cargo:Profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en alimentos o carreras afines con mención en gestión (titulado)
Al menos 2 años de experiência ejecutando el cargo de: Customer Service, con conocimiento sólido del sector.
Contar con licencia de conducir clase B, conocimientos de ERP Odoo, normativas ISO 9001:2015
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, orientación al cliente, resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, responsabilidad personal y ética profesional.
Manejo en el análisis de datos con herramientas Excel y CRM.Ubicación: Las Condes RM (cercanias metro escuela militar)
Jornada laboral: Presencial 4 días con traslado a 1 día en Los Andes (con gratificación transporte)
