**Job Description** What Your Impact Will Be**:
- HR Business Partners work closely with Commercial business leaders (Marketing & Sales) to translate talent and culture priorities into locally relevant plans that attract, develop, and retain best-in-class talent. We are trusted advisors, and we empower our teams to reach their goals
- Develops people strategy considering the organization’s strengths and weaknesses
- Influences business outcomes as a trusted advisor to deliver sustainable integrated solutions and safe
working environment
- Translates and implements our talent-led strategies into plans to hire, develop, and engage our employees
- Supports and implements CoE led initiatives and opportunities
- Build HR KPI´s to take decisions accurate and identified opportunities for business units
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree on Economic-Administrative
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar roles
- Demonstrates adaptability and focus in the face of ambiguity and complexity
- Demonstrates leadership courage and communicates with impact
- Strong collaborative skills and Influence others
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
