- Education
- Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in human resources management, business or public administration, social sciences, education or related area. A first-level university degree in combination with two qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- Job - Specific Qualification
- Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics or data science programs is desirable.
- Work Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, administration or related area is required. Experience in providing HR advice to managers and staff is desirable. Experience in HR Management in the UN Common System or other comparable international organization is desirable. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or PeopleSoft platforms, such as Inspira or equivalent is desirable. Two (2) years or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
- Languages
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat and Spanish is a working language of ECLAC. For the position(s) advertised, fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is desirable. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is desirable.
