Our client is seeking a **General Manager **based in **Western **Florida**.
The General Manager will oversee the Sales, Parts and Service Departments to achieve the financial goals of the organization.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Oversee the dealership's financial operations
- Review and analyze monthly P&L statements
- Work with the sales department to develop territory sales goals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee a team of territory managers and assist them in developing their territories and hitting sales objectives
