Senior Manager, Partner Technology Change

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
The Senior Manager of Partner Tech Change & Enablement drives the adoption strategies for internal & external technology developer to support our growing partner ecosystem. This person will c ollaborate with business & product owners, process SMEs, and other stakeholders to assess change impact s and develop effective strategies that prepare employees and external partners to successfully adopt and sustain new technologies that drive partner business success.
**YOUR IMPACT (RESPONSIBILITIES)**:
- Coordinating and leading launch & adoption activities for partner technologies and initiatives that impact business processes using a scalable change management model from strategic planning through tactical execution
- Building concrete deliverables such as communication plans, stakeholder assessments and messaging, change impact assessments, training/coaching plans and content, KPIs
- Creating a scalable framework for engagement to ensure we provide the right information, at the right altitude, at the right time, to the right people
- Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness plans to limit potential risk
- Building relationships across the business in order to integrate efforts and build rapport
- Facilitating post-launch retroactives to identify opportunities to improve program quality, operational excellence and end-user adoption
- Coaching leadership on change activities in service of assigned initiatives/projects and implement change management strategies that improve employee understanding and adoption
- Ideally, you have been responsible for overseeing and/or developing the implementation of communication and enablement strategies
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with change and/or project management and oversight experience.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Methodology and Software/Technology development processes a must
- Strong skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Quip, Excel
- Ability to adapt & scale messaging as required, including Executives, Operations, Vendors, Sales Teams, and External Audiences
- Proven analytical skills with high EQ/IQ
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (and related products) is a plus
