**¿Qué tendrás que hacer?**:
- Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones sólidas con cuentas claves, actuando como el principal punto de contacto.
- Entender a fondo las necesidades y objetivos de los clientes para ofrecer soluciones personalizadas que maximicen el valor de Webdox.
- Supervisar la implementación y el uso continuo de nuestras soluciones, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y la consecución de sus metas.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la experiência de la plataforma, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de ventas y producto para ofrecer soluciones adicionales que beneficien al cliente.
- Desarrollar planes de éxito del cliente, incluyendo KPIs específicos, y realizar seguimientos periódicos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los mismos.
- Entregar feedback continuoal equipo de producto y desarrollo para mejorar continuamente nuestras ofertas.
- Coordinar la resolución de problemas y escalar situaciones críticas de manera eficiente para asegurar la satisfacción continua del cliente.
**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?**:
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en rol de Customer Success Manager o símil.
- Experiência en empresas de tecnología y SaaS.
- Experiência en negocios B2B.
- Orientación al cliente con un enfoque estratégico y proactivo en la resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para analizar y entender métricas de éxito del cliente, proponiendo mejoras continuas.
