La empresa administra casas o departamentos de veraneo, monetizando el tiempo que no es ocupado por sus dueños. Ofreciendo limpieza, seguros y continua comunicación con los clientes.
**Funciones**
Nuestro Cliente, importante empresa que entrega servicios de gestión de propiedades de alquiler vacacional o corta estancia, está en búsqueda de un Customer Success Manager para que desarrolle las siguientes funciones:
- Incorporación, retención y maximización del ciclo de vida del cliente.
- Monitorear la satisfacción del cliente y las tasas de retención, tomando medidas proacticas para aumentar la fidelización del cliente
- Mejorar la experiência del cliente:
- Evaluar continuamente la satisfacción del cliente, atendiendo de forma proactiva cualquier inquietud o comentario
- Innovar e identificar oportunidades para mejorar la experiência general del cliente
- Proporcionar recomendaciones estratégicas e información a los clientes en función de sus objetivos comerciales
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias en la industria.
- Diseño y medición de métricas de éxito
- Recopilar comentarios, conocimientos y tendencias de la industria de los clientes para impulsar la mejora continua en la calidad del serivicio, la oferta de productos y la eficiencia de los procesos
- Identificar oportunidades para realizar ventas adicionales o cruzadas de servicios o productos adicionales a clientes existentes, en función de sus necesidades y prioridades.
Jornada de Trabajo: 8:30 a 18:30hrs. Lunes a Viernes.
Lugar de Trabajo: 100% Teletrabajo
**Requisitos y habilidades**
- Contar con estudios relacionados al Turismo (administración Turística, Administración Hotelera, Ing. en Turismo y Hospitalidad o afín)
- Manejo de Inglés Avanzado (hablado y escrito)
- Contar con al menos 2 años de experienica desarrollando funciones similares
- Manejo de Excel Nível Básico
